How often should you do IV therapy?

There is no single answer to 'how often.' Each of our programs has a different optimal cadence, driven by the half-life of the active components and the biological cycle being supported.

Under-dosing wastes the program; over-dosing strains the body without adding benefit. The cadence is part of the program.

Note that every INFUZE session is two layers — the infusion plus targeted neurostimulation. The cadences below apply to the session as a whole; the neurotherapy layer is included in every session, calibrated to the same clinical goal as the infusion.

Routine programs

Foundation — once a week is the standard cadence for the hydration plus baseline-micronutrient profile. Some clients run twice weekly across travel weeks or recovery from illness.

Beauty Elite — weekly across the 4-week introductory program, then monthly maintenance. The cadence matches the ~28-day epidermal turnover cycle.

Performance — within the 12-hour window after a heavy session, and across 3–5 sessions in a recovery block. Not a weekly long-term program unless the training load justifies it.

Maintenance programs

Detox — quarterly. Targets background oxidative load over the seasonal cycle. Some clients add one off-cycle session during heavy oxidative-stress weeks.

Longevity 35+ — monthly. The cellular cofactor effect builds across at least three consecutive monthly sessions.

Longevity 55+ — quarterly, after a documented Longevity 35+ baseline. Not a higher-frequency replacement for Longevity 35+.

On-demand programs

Recovery — single session, no maintenance program. Taken when needed: morning after a long event, jet lag, the first day of a heavy travel week.

Common questions

Can I do more than the recommended cadence?
For most programs, more frequent doesn't add benefit and adds vein and metabolic load. We don't run weekly NAD⁺ or weekly high-dose Detox programs outside specific indications.
Can I combine programs in the same session?
Some combinations work, others compete. Foundation and Beauty Elite run on alternating weeks. Detox and Longevity 35+ run a week apart in the same maintenance month. We don't run Longevity 35+ and Longevity 55+ in the same month.
How long should I commit before judging effect?
Three consecutive sessions for Longevity 35+. The 4-week program for Beauty Elite. A quarter for Detox. Foundation and Recovery are felt same-day. Performance across a single training block.
