The laboratory

A clinic with a laboratory attached.

Most IV-therapy clinics buy pre-mixed bags from a wholesaler. We compound in-house — the laboratory serves only the program you are about to receive.

Sterile compounding
Every IV drip prepared under sterile conditions on site.
Cold-chain storage
Monitored 2–8 °C and −20 °C zones for NAD⁺, glutathione, B-complex.
On-the-day mixing
Compounded the day of your session — never pre-mixed, never from a shelf.
Per-case record
Every ingredient, dose and session signed off against your file.

Bioavailability

Where the dose lands.

Most of an oral supplement never reaches the cell. Intravenous administration bypasses the gut and the first-pass effect of the liver — the dose in the bag is the dose in circulation.

Quality framework

How we run a clinic.

Licensed clinicians, single-use sterile materials, pharmaceutical-grade sourcing, professional indemnity, and five-year case retention. Eight pillars that hold the same in clinic or at home.

  1. 01
    Licensed staff

Every line placed by a clinician with a Polish PWZ.

Sessions are placed and monitored by clinicians with current PWZ — the Polish licence to practise. Programs are reviewed and signed off by our medical director, a physician registered with the Polish Medical Chamber (Naczelna Izba Lekarska). The Consultation is led by the medical team.

  2. 02
    Sterile materials

    Single-use, sterile, CE-marked.

Butterfly lines, IV sets, syringes, needles and dressings are single-use and CE-marked. Nothing in contact with circulation is reused. Sharps are disposed in compliant containers and collected by a licensed medical-waste handler.

  3. 03
    Compounding

Mixed on the day of your visit, against your program.

Every IV drip is compounded in our laboratory on the day of your therapy, against the program written for your case — never pre-mixed, never kept on a shelf. The same standard applies in clinic or at home.

  4. 04
    Sourcing

    Pharmaceutical-grade, EU-licensed wholesalers.

Every active ingredient is pharmaceutical-grade and supplied by EU-licensed wholesalers. Each lot arrives with a Certificate of Analysis covering identity, purity, endotoxin level and sterility — retained on file for five years.

  5. 05
    Component storage

Each component stored at its own conditions.

Cold-chain compounds — NAD⁺, glutathione, B-complex — live in monitored 2–8 °C and −20 °C zones. Ambient-stable components sit in controlled room-temperature storage. Out-of-range excursions trigger quarantine before any affected lot is used.

  6. 06
    Emergency response

Reaction programs and emergency medications on site.

Clinical staff are trained in infusion-reaction programs. Epinephrine, hydrocortisone, antihistamine and oxygen are kept on site. Any session can be paused at any moment; adverse events are documented and reviewed by the medical director.

  7. 07
    Insurance

    Professional indemnity in place.

INFUZE carries professional indemnity insurance covering procedures performed in clinic and at home addresses across Warsaw. Documentation is available on request to clients and referring physicians.

  8. 08
    Records

Five-year retention of every case file.

Every consultation, program, dose and follow-up is recorded against your individual case file. Records are retained for five years in line with Polish medical-records regulations and EU GDPR. A full copy is available on request.

Process

From intake to infusion.

01
Consultation
Medical case review — history, current medications, recent markers, and treatment goals.
02
Program selection
Matched to one of seven documented programs, calibrated per case. Dose, cadence and stim layer reviewed against your file.
03
Pre-session check
Vital signs and intake confirmation by clinical staff before line placement.
04
In-house compounding
Your IV drip is prepared in our laboratory immediately before the session, signed off against your file.
05
Infusion under monitoring
Delivered by trained medical staff with continuous observation. Duration matches the program — 30 to 120 minutes.
06
Documentation and follow-up
Session record entered against your file. Follow-up review at 7–14 days for ongoing programs.

Common questions

Common questions.

Is intravenous nutrient therapy supported by evidence?

Specific applications are. High-dose intravenous vitamin C, intravenous magnesium for migraine and pre-eclampsia, intravenous glutathione for hepatic and neurological indications, and NAD⁺ for cellular cofactor restoration are all documented in clinical literature. We do not claim outcomes that are not supported.

Who actually mixes my IV drip?

Trained medical staff under physician supervision, in our laboratory, against the documented program for that IV drip. Each batch is signed off by the operator and recorded against your case file.

How is this different from a hospital infusion?

The clinical principles are the same — sterile preparation, dose calibration, monitored delivery. The setting and indication differ: hospital IV is for acute medical need; INFUZE delivers documented programs around recovery, longevity, and supplementation.

What happens if I have a reaction?

Our staff are trained in infusion-reaction programs, and emergency medications are kept on site. Sessions can be paused or stopped at any time. Adverse events are recorded against your file and reviewed by the medical director.
