Mitochondrial fuel.
Longevity 35+ is a 90-minute program that rebuilds the cellular cofactors driving energy and repair — the ones that fall fastest after 30. Delivered straight into circulation, it restores what age, stress and metabolic load wear down, and shows up as sharper clarity and faster recovery.
NAD+, intravenously, at the dose that matters.
- Sharper mental clarity, often by the next morning
- More usable energy at the cellular level
- A compounding effect across three monthly sessions
- The longevity baseline serious clients start from
Diagnostics first, then the treatment.
Every program is one clinical plan, built from your blood. A full panel and a physician read it; the infusion and neurotherapy that follow are written from your results.
Blood biochemistry
A full blood panel and a physician consultation establish what your body needs. Your program is written from the numbers, and the diagnostics are included in the price.
Intravenous infusion
Mixed in our lab the day of your session and dialled to your bloodwork — nutrients straight into your bloodstream at full strength, where your body can actually use them.
Neurotherapy
A precise electrical signal in the same session, tuned to your goal. It primes your nervous system and amplifies what the infusion starts, so one session does more.
The neurotherapy layer.
Every Longevity 35+ program pairs the infusion with targeted neurostimulation, calibrated to the same clinical goal.
Delivered through the same session and tuned to your program’s goal, the neurotherapy settles the nervous system and moves the body into a recovery state — so the infusion works deeper and you feel the result sooner.
The science.
NAD⁺ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a cofactor in every metabolically active cell, central to the electron transport chain and to NAD-dependent enzymes including the sirtuins. Levels decline with age — by some estimates, 50% by age 60 in healthy populations.
Oral NAD+ precursors (NMN, NR) face limited and contested bioavailability. Direct intravenous administration of NAD⁺ at 250 mg delivers the cofactor into circulation in a form available to tissue uptake. The slow 90-minute infusion is required to avoid acute side effects.
Longevity 35+ is the standard introductory dose for longevity programs at INFUZE. Each session is mixed in our laboratory and the dose recorded against your case. Clients on long-term Longevity 35+ programs transition to quarterly Longevity 55+ once baseline tolerance and markers are established.

What the session is like.
It runs slowly on purpose — we drip across ninety minutes to keep it gentle and comfortable. Most clients feel a low warmth through the chest in the first twenty minutes, then little for the rest of the session except a growing clarity.
The session itself is uneventful. The next morning is when most clients notice the difference — and the effect builds across regular monthly sessions.
Program cadence.
Longevity 35+ is structured for monthly maintenance — single sessions are useful as introductions, but the metabolic effect builds across at least three consecutive monthly doses. Longevity 55+ (500 mg) becomes available once a client has completed at least one Longevity 35+ session with documented tolerance and reviewed bloodwork.

Before you book.
What is NAD+ and why does it decline?
NAD⁺ is a coenzyme in every cell that powers ATP production and acts as a substrate for the sirtuin family of enzymes. Levels decline with age, chronic stress, and illness — sometimes by 50% by age 60.
Will I feel different the same day?
Most clients report mental clarity that evening or the next morning. The metabolic and longevity-related effects build across consecutive monthly sessions, not a single dose.
Why 250 mg specifically?
It's the standard introductory dose for clinical NAD⁺ programs. Higher doses (Longevity 55+ at 500 mg) are reserved for established clients or post-illness recovery, after baseline tolerance is documented.
How is this different from NMN or NR oral supplements?
NMN and NR are NAD⁺ precursors with limited and disputed bioavailability. Longevity 35+ delivers NAD⁺ itself in its active form, intravenously, at a dose that is not achievable with any oral program.
